Dance Programs and Classes

Mommy and Me (ages 18 months- 3 years)

This special class is designed for toddlers and their grown-up to explore the joy of movement together! Through music, basic dance steps, and playful activities, little ones will develop coordination, motor skills, and rhythm—all while bonding with their caregiver in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for first-time dancers, this class encourages creativity, social interaction, and confidence through movement and imagination.

Note: Moms, dads, grandparents, and all loving caregivers are welcome to join in the fun!

 

Combo Ballet/Acro (ages 2.5-4)

This sweet and supportive class introduces your tiny dancer to the basics of ballet and beginner acrobatics. With a focus on imagination, movement, and fun, dancers will learn simple ballet steps, creative movement, and age-appropriate acro skills like animal walks, forward rolls, and balance exercises. This class builds coordination, strength, and confidence in a playful environment that keeps little ones engaged and smiling!

 

Combo Jazz/Acro (ages 2.5-4)

Perfect for energetic little movers, this fun-filled class blends upbeat jazz movement with the basics of beginner acrobatics. Dancers will explore simple jazz steps, rhythm, and musical games alongside introductory acro skills like rolls, stretches, and balance work. With plenty of smiles and movement, this class helps young dancers develop motor skills, body awareness, and a love for dance!

 

Combo Ballet/Jazz (ages 2.5-4)

This cheerful combo class gives young dancers a chance to explore both the grace of ballet and the fun of jazz! With a playful mix of basic technique, creative movement, and musical exploration, dancers will build coordination, confidence, and classroom skills in a positive, beginner-friendly environment. Perfect for introducing your little one to the joy of dance!

 

Ballet 1 (Ages 5-7)

This introductory ballet class is designed to teach young dancers the basics of ballet in a fun, imaginative, and encouraging setting. Dancers will learn beginner positions, movements, and simple terminology while building coordination, balance, and musicality. With a focus on developing confidence, discipline, and a love for dance, this class lays the perfect foundation for future training—all while having fun and making new friends!

 

Jazz 1 (Ages 5-7)

This energetic class introduces young dancers to the exciting world of jazz! Dancers will learn basic jazz steps, kicks, turns, and across-the-floor movements in a playful and supportive environment. With a focus on rhythm, coordination, and self-expression, this class helps dancers build confidence and stage presence while developing strong foundational skills—all to age-appropriate, upbeat music that keeps them moving and smiling!

 

Acrobatics 1 (Ages 5-8)

This fun and active class introduces young dancers to the basics of acro in a safe and supportive environment. Dancers will build strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning foundational skills like forward rolls, bridges, pre-cartwheels, and more. Taught by a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor, this class focuses on proper technique and body awareness through age-appropriate progressions, helping dancers gain confidence and control—all while having a great time!

 

Ballet/Jazz 1/2 (Ages 5-8)

This class is the perfect bridge between combo classes and more formal dance training. Dancers will begin learning foundational ballet positions, vocabulary, and classroom structure while still enjoying creativity and imaginative movement. In addition, the class introduces basic jazz elements such as isolations, simple turns, directional changes, and beginner footwork like step-touches, chassés, and jazz walks.

With an emphasis on posture, coordination, rhythm, and musicality, Ballet/Jazz helps dancers build the skills and focus needed to transition confidently into Ballet 1 and Jazz 1—all in a nurturing and encouraging environment.

 

Tap 1/2 (Ages 5-10)

This high-energy class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of tap in a fun and supportive environment! Dancers will learn basic steps, rhythms, and terminology while developing coordination, timing, and musicality. Through engaging exercises and simple combinations, students will start to create sounds with their feet and build a strong tap foundation—all while having a blast!
