

Level Three Classes
Level Three is geared toward dancers who are confident in the basics and ready for more challenging movement and combinations. These classes focus on enhancing technique, performance quality, and versatility across different styles. Dancers are expected to retain choreography more quickly and apply corrections consistently. This level may include dancers who are preparing for or already part of competition teams.


Ballet 3
Ages 10+
Intermediate level with prior experience
This class builds upon foundational ballet technique with a focus on alignment, control, and artistic development. Dancers will advance their skills through more detailed barre work, center combinations, and across-the-floor progressions. Emphasis is placed on posture, precision, and musicality, while preparing students for more complex choreography and movement quality. A solid ballet foundation is recommended.

Jazz 3
Ages 10+
Intermediate level with prior experience
This high-energy class focuses on developing strong jazz technique, style, and stage presence. Dancers will work on skills such as turns, leaps, kicks, and dynamic across-the-floor progressions, all while exploring expressive and stylized choreography. With an emphasis on musicality, sharp movement, and control, this class helps dancers build confidence and refine their performance quality. Prior jazz experience is recommended.

Acrobatics 3/4
Ages 9+
Intermediate-Advanced Level
This fast-paced class is designed for experienced acro students who have mastered foundational skills and are ready to push toward advanced tricks and transitions. Dancers will focus on technique, control, and fluidity as they work on skills such as aerials, back handsprings, back tucks, and more complex sequences. Taught by a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor, this class emphasizes strength, flexibility, and precision while encouraging each dancer to safely progress to the next level. A strong acro foundation is required.

Leaps and Turns 3/4
Ages 10+
Intermediate level with prior experience
This class is designed for experienced dancers looking to refine and elevate their leap and turn technique. Dancers will work on advanced progressions including multiple pirouettes, a variety of leaps (switch, tilt, calypso, and more), directional changes, and seamless transitions. With an emphasis on strength, control, and performance quality, this class challenges dancers to push their technical limits while polishing the precision and power needed for stage and competition. Prior leaps & turns training required.

Fridays 4:30-5:15 PM

Lyrical 3
Ages 10+
Intermediate level with prior experience
Dancers in this class will deepen their emotional expression and technique through lyrical movement that blends ballet and jazz. Class work includes progressions, center combinations, and storytelling through expressive choreography. Dancers will focus on fluid transitions, control, and musical interpretation as they continue to develop confidence and performance quality. Prior lyrical or ballet experience is recommended. Dancers taking lyrical classes must also be registered in at least one ballet class per week.

Elite Training Class 3/4

This high-level conditioning class is designed to challenge and strengthen serious dancers through focused flexibility training, core work, balance, alignment, and endurance exercises. Dancers will refine control, improve mobility, and target areas essential for strong technique and injury prevention. Perfect for intermediate and advanced dancers looking to elevate their performance across all styles, this class supports long-term growth and prepares students for the demands of competitive or pre-professional training.

Hip Hop 3/4

Intermediate level with prior experience
This upbeat class is perfect for pre-teens who love to move! Dancers will learn age-appropriate hip hop choreography, grooves, and freestyle skills set to clean, high-energy music. Class focuses on rhythm, coordination, and confidence, while encouraging individuality and personal style. Whether they're new to dance or already performing, this class gives pre-teens a fun and supportive space to develop their skills and own the dance floor!

Pom 1/2
Ages 5-10
Recommended for beginners or those with limited experience
Our Beginner Pom class is a fun, energetic introduction to pom dance! Dancers will learn basic pom technique, sharp motions, kicks, jumps, simple routines, and performance skills while building coordination, confidence, and teamwork in a positive, encouraging environment. This class is perfect for beginners, and no previous dance experience is required.
